Site: Adelaide Airport – Terminal Expansion Project
 
Engaged by Watpac as the Fire Protection Services Contractor for the Northern Expansion to the existing Terminal Building, including expanded and upgraded International Arrivals and Departures, Baggage Handling, Lounges, Retail, Dining and Duty Free Precincts, Emigration and Immigration Processing, Security and Screening and Office Space for Tenants, Airlines and Regulatory Agencies.
 
Fire Protection Services systems and equipment include:

• Integration with and extension of the existing fire sprinkler and fire hydrant systems water supply infrastructure
• Integration with, upgrade and extension of, the existing fire alarm and emergency warning and intercom systems, including software upgrade, graphics event, alarm display and monitoring system and networked control and data gathering panels
• Internal and external fire hydrants
• Automatic fire sprinkler systems, including new control valve room
• Automatic fire detection and alarm systems including smoke, thermal and aspirated smoke detection systems
• Emergency warning and intercommunication systems
• IG - 55 inert gas type fire extinguishing system to the new communications room Fire hose reels
• Extensive integration and interface with mechanical services, security and building management systems for monitoring and control of supervisory and alarm functions and building fire operation, including active smoke hazard management systems
• Portable Fire Extinguishers

Site: Thomas Foods

Design and Construct Contractor to Badge Constructions for Fire Protection Services to the new Meat Processing Facility near Murray Bridge, South Australia.  This Stage One of the new Processing Plant includes Stockyards, Beef Processing, Animal Handling Facilities, Beef Boning and Automated Packaging, Automated Chilling, Freezing, Storage and Retrieval Systems, Employee Amenity and Administration Facilities and Electrical, Refrigeration and Boiler Systems Plant.

Fire Protection Services systems and equipment include:

• Water storage tanks and pumps serving the fire hydrant and fire sprinkler systems
• Separate site fire main infrastructure for fire sprinkler and fire hydrant systems
• Automatic fire sprinkler systems, including anti-freeze and refrigerated storage systems, double -interlock pre-action systems and high hazard systems
• Automatic fire detection and alarm systems including networked control panel infrastructure, smoke and thermal detection, linear heat detection, aspirated smoke detection and interfaces for building fire mode alarm and control functions
• Emergency warning and intercommunication system
• Portable fire extinguishers

Site: Minda Stage 2 and 3

Minda stage 2 and 3 includes construction of two new multi-storey residential buildings on the beachfront, two new multi-storey residential apartment buildings to house Minda Residents and Clients and a new Lifestyle Precinct consisting of four single storey buildings.

Replacement of the Fire Hydrant System Infrastructure and inground reticulation throughout the site.

Construction of a New Aged Care building at the existing Regis Burnside Lodge at Linden Park.

Site: St Andrews Hospital - ECD

Construction of Eastern Clinical Development comprises of a new procedural unit consisting of three new endoscopy suites, two new angiography suites and two new operating theatres together with a 35 bed recovery unit, a state of the art 28 bed cardiac unit, a 200 bay underground carpark and a staff gymnasium.
