BUSINESS DATA BASE SYSTEM

RNW Fire Services operates the latest (January 2015) simPRO Web Based Data system for management of Service and Contracts business sectors. This system provides real time reporting and client portals to enable the client to view their assets, scheduled maintenance, jobs pending/completed and account details.

Client Portal

In order to provide up-to-the-minute reports for your fire systems, RNW Fire Services provides you with your own web-based Client Portal. We use a client management system called simPRO so you can view your complete work history; view assets and areas of service due; review quotes and invoicing details; and log information, making notes or comments. All assets, service visits, repairs, expiry dates, planned maintenance procedures and dates, history, part numbers can all be recorded, tracked and measured.
